London’s All The People have been tipped by many for great things and we’d have to wholeheartedly agree. But whilst we’re on the topic of tipping things, we’d like to throw Speakman Sound’s name into the tipping ring.

They impressed us last month with their psychedelic flavoured track ‘Pangea’. And would you know they’ve now remixed All The People’s hotly-tipped ‘The Hills’  and have expertly turned it into a dark and moody cut of cinematic electronica.

The original is actually a lot more experimental that Speakman’s interpretation, who keep the original’s beguiling vocals and repurpose them for an wide-angled cut of electronica that keeps the original’s melancholic timbre whilst adding a bit of much needed urgency to proceedings without completely ruining it.
