The whole Daft Punk remixing ‘Random Access Memories‘ was a bit of a non-starter and while there were plenty of decent unofficial remixes floating around it would be fair to say there’s still room for someone to really nail it.

Having reached 100,000 followers on Soundcloud, edit king Dimitri From Paris has shared his re-edit of the Robot’s ‘Get Lucky‘ and it’s certainly worth 7 minutes of your time as the French producer quite literally takes it to the chopping board. Also listen out for the little nod to Chic, too.

Unfortunately Dimitri has said he won’t be giving it away but if I’m sure if you badger him enough he might change his mind – maybe at 200,000 followers?
