Munk’s album is amazing. We know this because we reviewed it early in the year. The overlord at Gomma, Monsieur Munk, is readying a new single from ‘The Bird And The Beat’ and has chosen ‘Mis Labious’ which has vocals from Brazilian Joyce Muniz.

‘The Bird And The Beat’ has received stellar reviews from all four corners of the world, with London’s DJ magazine doing a 4-page spread and declaring it “already one of the best albums of the year” and we couldn’t agree more.

The single is a quirky beach-time house track, which is full of energy, sun, sea and surf. And to get you super excited about it’s release on June 20, we’ve got a freebie in the form of the ‘Black Van’ remix.

Muck is touring as a live band, you should probably check it out as it will be amazing.

Munk has been the first artist to truly embrace 2011 summer sound and this is going to continue with the latest single – a proper daytime dance track.
