Aftrparty are a British duo who have teamed up with Californian vocalist Jordan Corey for their latest cut of Carribean-infused bubble gum pop, ‘246’.

‘246’ isn’t the your average pop track; the vocals are distinct yet enticing, whilst of the track has that has an ethereal dancehall vibe, and while the might not sound like a marriage made in heaven — you’d be dead wrong. All most everything I’ve mentioned would usually turn me off a track, yet, somehow it doesn’t.

Not exactly a ringing endorsement, I know — but it paints a picture that sounds and influences can often be deceiving.
