As promised you can now stream Disclosure’s new single ‘Bang That’, which might not be from their new album but is a track that the brothers have been playing in their recent DJ sets.

The new track is the first piece of material from the Lawrence brothers since last year’s ‘The Mechanical’, a collaborative effort alongside Friend Within.

Essentially, ‘Bang That’ is a slab of throbbing old-school house, backed by acrid, acid-y basslines and looping vocals, which were reliably informed are sampled from 313 Bass Mechanic’s ‘Pass Out’ – so what you have hear, then, is a grade-a peak-time warehouse stomper.

“As work speedily progresses on our next record, we wanted to give you guys something for the summer. Been playing this one in our DJ sets for a while now and couldn’t resist putting it up! Hope you enjoy… So much more on the way!”
