Its been a while since the good-ship Terje landed on HBF, but its been worth the wait as the disco producer pulls out a blinder for a couple of Lindstrom remixes, as well as a remix for Gary’s Gang’s ‘Keep On Dancing’.

The Lindstrom remixes are bright, breezy and don’t take themselves too seriously. ‘Eg-Ged-Osis’ is pure cinematic disco, with nods to Mylo and Royksopp. It is one of those rare tracks that would easily work at home or in a club.

‘Ra-Ako-St’ is at the complete other end of the disco spectrum, lumbering, down-beat – but just as hypnotic. It takes a load more cues from Terje’s more cosmic output – but by the time you hit halfway mark it really starts to take-off.

His remix for Gary’s Gang is a completely different to the Lindstrom remixes. It’s about percussion and rhythm, as he create a percussive monster from chatty bongo’s and a really clever main hook. He then layers vocal samples over and over to give the track a French house energy.
