Tahiti 80 are a band from France and they’re quite a big deal, those in the know recognise that they deserve just as much lime light as other French imports – including Phoenix and of course the yard-stick for soft french music Air.

We’d called their sound as; happy-go-lucky beach-rcok – it’s so carefree your troubles just melt away on a warm French breeze.

They’re also about to release their sixth full-length album – The Past, The Present, & The Possible – on February 11th. The full-length comes brimming with lovely warm infectious beats, breezy vocals, and clever pop arrangements that mix live and electronic elements.

We’ve been given permission to give away the John Talbot remix of “Darlin” – which we call as a thudding, sparkly, house track – just the sort of track you’d want to hear in a trendy underground New York club. Chunky and chic. And it’s in 320 thudding quality too.
