If you’re anything like us you don’t have a stereo – these days you’re more likely to have some form of speaker system that usually connects to a PC or laptop.
With that in mind, ION Audio has this week unveiled a rather cool looking Bluetooth vinyl player at CES that will play vinyl via Bluetooth or converts analog records into digital files.
“Vinyl is alive and well,” said Wendy Fortin, ION Product Manager. “With vinyl album sales on the rise and the increasing popularity of Bluetooth speakers, we wanted to connect the best of both worlds and create a wireless way to enjoy your records. Air LP’s innovative design puts vinyl records on an entirely new wavelength; our customers are going to love this modern update to the traditional turntable.”
If you don’t have Bluetooth, fear not as the player can also connect to your PC or Mac via USB, and it even has RCA outputs so you can connect it to a stereo, if such a thing exists.
Available in sleek piano black finish, Air LP will ship in March 2015 with an MSRP $149.00 for turntable only or $179.99 including Bluetooth speakers.
