Delphic have been locking themselves away in the Doves house for a few months working on new material, but they have still had time to make a remix for Dutch Uncle’s track ‘Cadenza’ – it sounds amazing, and it’s free. We all win.

We thought we would compile the ubiquitous “Top 10 of the year” and rather than limit it to just albums we thought we would open it up to artists in general. Every conceivable type of music that we’ve loved over 2010 – singles vs albums, mixtapes vs bootlegs; anything goes. Oh and we’ll do 20. Who wants ten anyway ? That’s not even one a month. Stick with us for the best of the year. And there won’t be any running order that would be cruel and elitist. Click the links for a present from the artist. As with all presents you never no what you going to get. They’re all good though.

Delphic have managed to justify the hype around their debut album, their ability to marry dance-floor electronics and rock in perfect harmony – with the talents of their producer Ewan Pearson – means that that the hype of the last 18 months was well-founded and ‘Acolyte’ is a excellent debut album. I have no doubt [...]
After a great DJ set at thewarehouseproject we have small sample of what Delphic played on NYE featuring dance remixes of counterpoint and doubt as well some of the band’s favourites songs. Their debut album ‘Acolyte’ is released this week and it’s fantastic. Enjoy. Altenative Therapy Delphic Special by LostlivesAudio
