Amtrac continues to impress with the quality of his output throughout 2016. For what will probably be his last track of 2016 the US-based DJ and producer has joined forces with Blu Jemz (who we’ve never actually heard of) for a remix of Mark Ronson’s 2014 hit track ‘Daffodils’ which featured that really cool vocal from Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker.

The makeshift duo delivers a really cool remix, flipping what was as drug-y disco track into a lush cut of deep house that festooned with warbling basslines and crisp drums. It’s not exactly pushing the envelope, granted, but it’s so well put together it’s well worth your time and effort.
