LA-based producer Aurient has quite literally come out of nowhere, and this month the mysterious producer will release his debut album ‘Aura Bath’ via Swedish label van Drumpt on June 16th.

Having impressed us with his grizzly electro-techno track ‘Another World’, we’ve got the premiere of a new track ‘Hip Girl’ which is taken from his forthcoming album.

Whilst ‘Another World’ is dark and foreboding, ‘Hip Girl’ is at the other end of the spectrum; a techni-colour journey of bright synths and fuzzy synth lines. A better description would be: imagine if electro don Kavinsky wasn’t an undead zombie but rather a bright and fluffy unicorn and you’re someway to understanding Aurient’s new track, ‘Hip Girl’.
