Apple Music Goes Live At 3pm GMT Tomorrow, Beats 1 Will Start Broadcasting One Hour Later

Apple has revealed that its new music streaming service, Apple Music, will go live at 3pm GMT tomorrow, with Beats 1, its new radio channel launching one hour later.

It’s also been revealed that users will also be able to upload their own music collection to Apple’s cloud storage system, at launch you’ll be able to upload 25,000 tracks and when iOS 9 launches it will be upped to 100,000. Though you will have to pay for that storage.

Elsewhere, Zane Lowe is expected to be joined by a host of stars for the launch of Beats 1, Apple’s new in-app radio station, including Eminem, Drake and Elton John are all expected to feature on tomorrow’s launch day.

Sonos has also announced over the weekend that their software engineers are working on supporting Apple Music and expect full Sonos support by the end of the year.
