London disco man Alex Warren, aka Kiwi, has been making a name for himself on London’s disco scene – with a residency at Durr and 4 hour sets at the Nest – he is just about to release his debut EP via Deep Shit on July 15.

‘Llama’ is a deep throbbing disco number that as a white label has been enthralling dance floors for a few months now. Understandably after hearing the highly positive reactions its been getting, Foals co-founder Ed Congreave and Friendly Fires’ Jack Savidge where eager to release this EP on their imprint.

Backed up by remixes from Jack Savidge himself, the EP also sees Rory Phillips coming out of his self imposed remix retirement. The Deep Shit label clearly has high hopes for Kiwi and his DFA-inspired disco – and after one listen you’ll know why.
