Beirut-born, London-based, singer songwriter Mika is about to release his third album following on from the hugely successful ‘Life in Cartoon Motion’ and ‘The Boy Who Knew Too Much’.

Expected to be released in September the album ‘The Origin of Love,’ will be “more simplistic pop, less layered than the last one” according to Mika.

Today we’re excited to premiere the Cherokee remix ‘Make You Happy’ – Cherokee is a name that many of you will be familiar with after their cover of Daft Punk’s ‘Something About Us’ went intergalactic on the blogs last year.

Continuing the same theme of cushion-soft French house; the Parisian duo turn Mika’s ‘Make You Happy’ into a soothing French touch number, full of sweeping synths, toe-tapping percussion and plenty of rolling bass tones.

I am really liking this MAKE YOU HAPPY Remix! With CELEBRATE & the release of The Origin of Love later this year it is going to be a banner year for Mika.
    Kudos Mika!
Now more good news as the MIka Fan Club once again is becoming a safe, kind & fun place like it used to be.
    Kudos MFC!
