You can now buy a £9,000 bike designed by Kraftwerk’s Ralf Hütter — because not even Ralf Hütter can say no to capitalism.
Kraftwerk have famously always been into their bikes. It was rumoured the only reason they played Manchester’s International Festival in 2009 was because the venue was a velodrome.
Early in their touring years, during the 70s and 80s, Hütter and co would get dropped off sometimes hundreds of miles away from where they would be playing so they could cycle to the venue.
Anyway, the bike — which you can see below — has been made alongside Canyon and went on sale this week after being debuted at the Tour de France.
The bike will cost, whoever is mad enough to buy one, a cool £8,999.
