Andrew Armstrong returns to his Horixon alias alongside Joe Sambrooke for a new EP that features on Eskimo’s recently released ‘Orange Collection’.

Co-Written by Karin Park, and featuring the vocals from Maya, ‘Hold It Like I Own It’ is just the sort of preened disco-tinged pop that you’d expect to find on Eskimo’s ever-impressive compilation series.

Also set to be released as a stand-alone EP on May 18, remixes come from Eskimo alumni This Soft Machine, who provides two remixes, one a jangling disco rework, full of off-the-cuff percussion and pulsating melodies. The other darker, and more twisted. Whilst, Icelandic beat-smith Hermigervill finishes off the release with a more traditional version of the original balancing light and dark with jagged synth lines and more of a focus on the original’s dreamy vocal.

Single release date: 18th of May 2015. Also featured on “Eskimo Recordings Presents: The Orange Collection”, out now! All info
