KC Lights is the pseudonym for 23-year-old Scottish producer, Kerr Slaven. Having caught the ear of fellow Scottish musicians last year, who the sent his music onto Cheap Thrills label boss Herve, the young whipper-snapper is about to release his second EP via Herve’s Cheap Thrills.

Not limited by genres, KC Light’s latest release – ‘The World’ and ‘The Voyage’ – showcases production-nous way beyond his age with the release occupying the ground between house and disco, with just a hint of electro.
