Du Tonc’s breakout track ‘Surging Memories‘ was one of the best tracks we heard in 2013 – so it probably doesn’t come as a surprise that there’s going to be a remixes package with hotly tipped London producer Kiwi taking the reins first.

Managing to keep the melancholic vibes intact, Kiwi remakes ‘Surging Memories‘ into a chugging acid techno track that still manages to find a home for Matt Van Schie’s crooning vocals.

Lookout for more remixes in the coming weeks, especially ATTAR!’s excellent remix.

Also, Kiwi will be bringing his cheeky style to the mighty Rinse FM for a one-off ‘Rumours’ show on June 14, from 12am – 2am.
