Glastonbury’s 2014 line-up is beginning to take shape with Kasabian, Dolly Parton and Metronomy all confirmed to play the three-day festival.

Kasabian are expected the close the festival from the Pyramid stage on the Sunday. Friday night headliners, who were announced earlier in the year, include Dolly Parton and Arcade Fire.

This isn’t the whole line-up as more acts will be announced in the coming weeks and months tweeted Emily Eavis.

“Enjoy the line up so far… this is a slice of what you can find this year at Worthy Farm,” tweeted Eavis.

“We always take great pride in putting a great British band on to headline the Pyramid and this time it’s Kasabian, who are one of the most requested bands from Glastonbury-goers and an amazing live act. It’s going to be one hell of a show!”

The remaining festival tickets go on resale on April 24 for coach packages and April 27 for standard tickets.
