Belgian electro trio, The Subs have unveiled the first single to be taken from their new album ‘Hologram‘ and it features French actor and international icon Jean-Pierre Castaldi on vocals.
In 2013 its a rarity to find electro that doesn’t sound like it was knocked together by a 12-year-old with a cracked copy of Fruit Loops – but thankfully the trio’s latest ‘Concorde‘ doesn’t fall into that ill-fated category.
The track flies pretty close to raw industrial electro, as you’d expect to find on Belgian imprint Lektroluv, but there’s so much more to ‘Concorde‘ as you’re treated to beaming big-room melodies, Castaldi’s bellowing vocals, and a final hook that just seals the deal.
‘Concorde‘ is being released by Lektroluv Records and comes with two remixes from Modek and Valy Mo, and is scheduled for a January 20 release.
