Xinobi’s latest single ‘I Hate The Sound of Guitars’ has found its way into the CD wallets of some very notable DJs including Mylo, the C90s and A.N.D.Y.

It begins as a rather functional piece of house, built around an unnerving ghostly vocal repeating “I hate the sound of a guitars”. Despite the dark opening, it does begin to pick up pace and eventually a sprightly gypsy hook drags the song kicking and screaming towards an impending positive finish. It’s pretty weird, but ultimately a satisfying endeavour.
