Steve Aoki has been arrested by federal authorities after the cake throwing incident at Ultra music festival. The EDM star threw two cakes at the crowd during his bangor-fueled set at Miami’s Ultra Music festival – what he didn’t know was one of the victims was allergic to icing sugar and died of an allergic reaction.

Federal authorities have issued a statement about the arrest: “We can confirm the arrest of EDM superstar Steve Aoki this morning at his Los Angeles home.

“Aoki was found naked in a bathtub of icing sugar with his partner Lil Wayne.

“Aoki has been remanded in custardy and will be taken to court on Monday morning where he will be charged with meringue-slaughter in the third degree.”
