Siriusmo’s album is still getting regular spins at HBF towers and Star Mo has just annouced another double CD of Siriusmo goodness.

Siriusmo has made a remix for the Boys Noize Records Miami compilation – he’s remixed Boys Noize’s ‘Kontact Me’ and made it into a sweet Dubstep track. Hate Dubstep? Might want to change your mind now.
By Siriusmo’s own admission music isn’t the most important thing in his life – it’s not often that you get a producer who say’s just that, Siriusmo is not a DJ and rarely plays live. He locks himself in a little music cave somewhere in Berlin and experiments, breaks the rules and most importantly isn’t making music for other producers or DJ’s – he does it as a form of artwork – an artist in the purest sense. No limitations and no restrictions.
We’re licking our lips in anticipation of Siriusmo’s latest LP, Mosaik, it’s looking like a sure fire hit – weighing in at 2CD’s across 17-tracks, both digitally and physically, it will be released the last week of February, the signs are looking very good indeed.
A mosaic is the perfect description for Siriusmo’s new album, it’s a proper patch work of quirky beats, grooves and noises, this particular german producer has quite a tale behind him, he’s actually an accomplished graffiti artist and does his music as a side project of sorts. There’s also a rumour that he suffers from serious stage fright to the point that he can’t perform in front of a crowd. We have to say we’ve never seen him on any line-ups – shame as he has the music to make something quite special.
So, we have to admit we totally didn’t understand this Vandroid stuff, now we understand that it’s a lost film and soundtrack that has been since found and remixed by a load of sweet electro acts.
