One half of the C90s, Danny Ashden, is giving away his remix of Kido Yoji’s ‘Won’t You Come Again’ as a New Year’s gift. The remix originates from a couple of years ago, but it apparently never saw a proper release.

It’s a quirky piece of French pop that sounds a lot like Shook, but a just a bit more fleshed out – we especially like the vocoded vocals which give that ‘punk quality. Tasty.

Be sure to check another Earl Grey track, a ‘werkian/Rex workout in the form of ‘Broke The Chain’ which was released on a compilation by the good folks at La Belle Records. We’re actually pretty annoyed we’ve not heard it earlier, as its something pretty damn special.
