Monk and Keys are from Montreal. We know this because it says so on their Soundcloud page. They make thickly set meaty electro-techno.
Even more interesting is the disparate range of artists who have been following their progress, apparently their music has been support by Jospeh Capriati, The Glitch Mob (far more believable) and Sander Van Doorn (very believable).
Their latest, ‘Hunter’ is snarling cut of futuristic electro-laden techno that chugs along at a right old pace, at times it goes properly mental, but no matter how deep you go, there’s always that omnipresent four-four beat to pull you back in again.
More of this, please.
