Update (1:00am): Great Manchester police have confirmed they’re treating tonight’s incident at the Manchester Arena as a “possible terrorist incident”.
[Original] Greater Manchester Police have confirmed there have been several fatalities during an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena tonight.
There’s been no confirmation of how many people have been killed or injured, or what might caused the explosion, which was heard by several eyewitnesses from outside the arena.
Great Manchester Police have asked members of the public to avoid the area whilst they treat the injured.
Are thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by tonight’s horrific incident.
