‘Shakedown’ is a delightful slice of disco-fied pop from Cali De Le Rosa, a singer-songwriter from New Orleans, who has previously released music under the name Cali Blake.

Growing up in a city that’s as intrinsically linked to music as New Orleans is, Rosa was naturally inspired into a a life of music, and here we are today with a track from Rosa that’s shows a lot of promise. It’s a slice of emotional disco pop that combines thrumming basslines, chatty percussion and sultry vocals.
