This Year’s T In The Park Was Pretty Eventful For Good And Bad Reasons

T In The Park was pretty eventful this year if numerous news reports are anything to go by.

Sadly – and all too common these days at festivals – one festival goer lost his life at the festival in Scotland.

The 36-year-old male, named as Andrew West, was found dead in a toilet on Saturday evening. Police Scotland have said they are treating the death as ‘unexplained’ but not suspicious.

Long delays were also a feature for many, organisers blamed “challenging ground conditions” which were compounded by “people not following directions”, causing tailbacks on local roads for miles in every direction.

And one man tweeted festival organisers saying his mate had locked him a tent bag and he couldn’t get out, and his battery was running out.

Obviously, the tweet went viral but it has since been revealed that the tweet was a hoax, and the Police are now keen to speak to him about wasting everyone’s time.

And who can forget the Slam tent going from zero to raving in 30 seconds.
