10 years since his last AFX release, Aphex Twin’s Richard D. James is bringing back his AFX moniker with a new EP on Warp Records next month.

Dubbed ‘orphaned deejay selek 2006-2008’, the eight-track EP is the first piece of material under his AFX moniker since 2005.

You can stream one of the EP’s tracks above, and then look out for the EP’s release on August 21 via Warp Records, which will be available both digitally and on vinyl.

Aphex Twin returned to releasing music last year, and picked up a Grammy for best electronic album for ‘Syro’.
