While Jean Michel-Jarre’s collaboration with Gesaffelstein seems to have divided opinion somewhat, Jarre’s collaboration with M83 seems to be a little more identifiable to both artists.

Straight off the bat it has that whimsical quality you’ve come to expect from Gonzales whilst the Godfather of electronic music fills in the gaps with wide-angled soundscapes.

This slew of new music from Jarre is building up towards an as-yet unnamed album which will see Jarre collaborate with Massive Attack, Tangerine Dream and, as we’ve already mentioned, Gesaffelstein.
