Metronomy’s next single, ‘Reservoir‘, has been remixed by UK producer extraordinaire Stuart Price, aka Jacques Lu Cont.

If, like us, you were besotted with Price’s excellent indie-tinged Thin White Duke remixes of the early naughties well then you’re in for a real treat, as this is vintage Price.

Clocking in at a brisk 132 bpm, JLC does exactly what you’d probably expect; he repurposes the original’s vocals against one of the those driving JLC basslines and the rest pretty much takes care of itself.
