Didai caught our ear last month with his blinding remix of Kavinsky’s ‘Oddlook‘, and now the Parisian producer is back with a brand-new EP called ‘Insane Romance‘.

Taking inspiration from a range of French producers including Justice, Kavinksky and Surkin, ‘Insane Romance‘ sees Didai combine those influences with more modern-sounding takes of electronic music for an EP that has so much going on it’s hard to take it all in just one listen.

Standout tracks are a plenty with ‘Tokyo Girl‘ combining tortured strings, futuristic soundscapes and scattered percussion as well as ‘Transition Girl‘ which follows a similar pattern of schizophrenic drum patterns set against stabbing synth work.

Check out three tracks from the EP below and lookout for more from Didai in the coming months.

Insane Romance‘ is out now and can be downloaded for price you see fit.
