Fly Moon Royalty is AdraBoo & Mike “Action J” illvester and they make music, funnily enough. The duo have just released a new EP called ‘Unfinished Business‘ falling somewhere between electronica and soul.
The first track from the duo’s EP which caught our attention almost immediately is ‘DNA‘ and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out why. Vocoders. But there’s actually a lot more to Fly Moon Royalty than a perfectly executed vocoded delight, because AdraBoo has quite a voice on her which you can properly hear on ‘Piece of Me‘. She managed finds that sweet spot between urban and soul whilst backed by Illvester’s intoxicating blend of electronica and hip hop.
