Viceroy and French Horn Rebellion, two of the most fun forces currently powering upbeat nu disco, have joined forces this week for ‘Friday Nights’.

It’s the first single to be taken off their upcoming ‘Friday Nights EP’ via Shark Party Records and is being given away for the price of a tweet.

The track consists mostly of what we’ve come to expect from these guys; chatty basslines, 80s pop vocals, and Viceroy’s signature summertime synth palette. As overused as the word “fun” is, it’s hard to come up with another adjective that better describes the music that these gentlemen make.

According to French Horn Rebellion’s actual french horn player (I kid you not), the song describes a friend who always flakes on his buddies on Friday nights – something we can all relate to.
