Lane 8 is back, but this time he’s got his remix hat on. He’s just uploaded a new remix of Austin indie group Snowden and their new track ‘The Beat Comes’.
It’s a lot more up-beat than some of his previous originals and shows a slighty more carefree side to his productions. It obviously doesn’t take itself too seriously, but that doesn’t stop Lane 8 from creating a complex remix around a fairly bland vocal.
Its has the type of vocal that’s perfect for the San Francisco producer to work his magic and create something memorable which he does with a cleverly crafted looping vocal.
