The Figures are back touting their spatial disco and down-tempo house credentials with a new video for ‘Blood Brothers’ which was on their last EP ‘Counting Frequencies’.

While some down-tempo music never seems to quite deliver – ‘Blood Brother’ seems to accumulate a desolate driving force along the way; it actually feels like it’s going somewhere.

Add an impressive, albeit, slightly bleak video of life in one of the world’s major metropolis’ contrasted by the female form and people twiddling knobs – and you’ve a great piece of thought-provoking music.
