If The Terminator was a DJ what sort of music would he play? Rock? Country? Norwegian Folk? Nah. He would play Elite Force Breakbeat.

We get really frustrated with breaks, not because we don’t like it, but because we get annoyed the way some artists have begun to play electro sets instead – just look at Evil Nine’s last mixtape – it would seem that they’re avoiding it more and more, reminds of the smelly kid from school.

Elite Force certainly still thinks breaks has something say. He is a seasoned pro, in the game for over 14-years. He has also had his music used on around 30 movies, several dozen playstation games, and over 50 TV programmes.

Credited with creating his own anti-genre / DJ style ‘tech-funk’ (ie. Electro, Breaks, Techno, House) , he currently releases on his own ‘U&A’ imprint, as well as on Lot 49 and DJs around the globe on a regular basis.

He’s certainly someone who deserves your ear as he gives away so much stuff – we a have mix he has done for some big shows in the US.

And he has done a breaks revamp of Midnight Juggernauts track “Tombstone” and you can grab them for free. Treat with care. Tombstone is a ear bleeder.
