With Boys Noize’s album only a couple of months away we thought we would give you a little sample of what to expect.
Real name Alex Ridha he previously made music under the name Kid Alex, but he soon grew up and his musical tastes changed, partly due to moving to the current electronic music Mecca Berlin – He’s now Boys Noize.
Notching up nearly 10 million plays on his myspace he is man in high demand – remixing artists such as Depeche Mode, Royksopp, Djedjotronic and Sebastien Tellier.
When he is not trying to deafen you, he runs his own label BoysNoize records which he started in 2005, since then he has been djing non-stop and will be performing at Creamfields on Saturday 29th August 2009.
It is said that Boys Noize is at the pinnacle of intense, crack-driven electro house, but this is not the case.
Djedjotronic is very similar in style to Boys Noize but he fuses more French influences into his productions like hip-hop and French house.
As one of Boysnoize Records own he has been making some waves in dance music recently, not much is known about him but he’s definitely one to watch this year – think dirty French techno with little direction.
