Illyus & Barrientos Remix Ang Low & Embody's 'Drive'

Scottish house dons Illyus & Barrientos have been making some serious waves during the last couple of years with well-recieved releases on both Glasgow Underground & Love & Other.

We’ve got the exclusive first play of the duo’s remix of Ang Low & Embody’s ‘Drive’, where the duo repurpose the r&b-leaning original into a swirling house remix that’s full of dazzling synths, twinkling top lines and more hooks than a bait shop.

The original is a collaboration between New York’s Ang Low and London’s Embody. Sharing ideas from either side of the Atlantic…. with Ang Low hustled down in his Brooklyn studio and Embody hunkered down in his Hackney bunker. Technicolour visions shared and now all crafted in time for the summer.
