Groove Armada’s recent move into the deeper, darker recesses of dance music has been quite startling to anyone who’s more accustomed to their band output.

Their latest song ‘Pullup’ seems to have found the allusive balance between their club roots and their more famed commercial side. Combining elements of breakbeat, old-school rave and a quirky MC line from Slata it has Groove Armanda written all over it.

It’s a quirky piece of underground dance music that’s bound to have plenty commercial appeal and it’s also very reminiscent of ‘Superstylin’ which is never a bad thing.
