2011 is looking like the year of funk. Especially when you hear two new amazing remixes from Robotaki and Blue Satellite – for Parisien synth pop duo You! and their single ‘Hearts’.
You!’s album dropped at the end of last year – and their single ‘Heart‘ has been given a fantasy pop touch from the really exciting Canadian prodigy Robotaki and a funky bass overhaul from the UK’s Blue Satellite. Stay tuned as there’s are also going to be mixes from Edwin Van Cleef and Walter Sobcek.
This could well be the next ‘You Can Dance’ catchy funk-drenched disco. And you can grab both for free – the summer months really are just ahead of us. And these two tracks should keep us all warm until then.
