Taking cues from fellow retro-futuristic peddlers of falsetto-drenched synth pop — like Mayer Hawthorne and Irfane — Ukraine’s Ivan Dorn is something of a pop sensation in his home country. So much so he was actually a judge on The Voice Ukraine.

Since then, he’s made the move to the US — LA specifically — to begin writing an album in English and ‘Beverly’ is the first taste from his more Westernised direction.

A juicy slice of sugary pop, his latest track ‘Beverly’ is a guilty pleasure of epic proportions that just deserves to be vogued to.

You have been warned.
