Loframes have had a pretty great 2016. Just in this year alone they’ve added their measured Anglo-French touch to the likes of M83, Miami Horror, Keep Shelly In Athens, NZCA Lines, Kraak & Smaak, Jasper Laubscher, Mint Royale and Bright Light Bright Light.

And they’ve left the best until last, as their final remix for the year for Eau Claire ‘s ‘All The Wonder’ is arguably their best to date.

The best way to describe it would be: restrained fun. The vocals, for example, are ethereal and sweeping. The fun factor comes in the form of the ludicrously hooky bassline and fuzzy melody that gives this particular remix that perfect balance between Scandi-sounding pop and fun club music.

More of this please.

Eau Claire’s debut EP ‘All The Wonder’ is out now.
