As well as dispatching chart-topping releases almost as consistently as the sun sets each day, Duke Dumont also does a line of club weapons under the crudely titled ‘For Club Play Only’ that’s consistently delivered club-ready gold for a while now.
Now at the dizzying heights of number four, the Duke has jumped ship to Defected Records (the others were on Turbo Recordings) with a new two track release.
‘Be Here’ stays true to the Defected sound as Dumont delivers a sunshine cut of brass-y house that wears the Defected DNA with pride, whilst the b-side, ‘Worship’ goes a bit more contemporary, for a undulating synth workout of beeps and bleeps.
