Mylo is finally coming out of hibernation (no, really) and he’s promised to share three new tracks a week for “the foreseeable future”.

The Scottish producer has taken to his Facebook to confirm his return, admitting in the comments section that he’s been unable to share new music due to legal reasons, which he’s not allowed to discuss.

Legal-woes aside, the first track to unveiled clocks in at just shy of 2 minutes and on first inspection sounds a lot like Boys Noize’s and Chilly Gonzales ‘Ivory Tower’, which is to say it’s quite marvellous, and sees Mylo combine glues basslines with noodling melodies.

Tune every Friday, Sunday and Tuesday for fresh cuts from the producer, and hopefully at some point all of the tracks will form the basis for Mylo’s second album.

Welcome back, Mylo.
