Having released his long-awaited debut album earlier this year, Louis La Roche hasn’t wasted any time diving back into his music as he’s back with a club-facing release on Mason’s dutch imprint Animal Language.

Whist his debut album was a very accomplished release you couldn’t help feel it was a couple of years too late to really capitalise on the blog-fuelled disco vogue of the last few years.

With that said, his newly released ‘Lend Me A Tug’ EP sees his famed penchant for nostalgia take a back seat to a degree as the UK-based producer flexes his muscles and influences for three tracks of club music. This is especially true for ‘2gether’; a mechanical slice of electro-tinged disco that has all the hallmarks of Louis La Roche at his very best.
