Kevin McKay’s Glasgow Underground continues to deliver house-shaped delights, with their latest release bringing two of Glasgow’s rising house stars, Illyus & Barrientos, together for a collaborative EP.

The lead track ‘Do Anything You Wanna‘ is a straight-up thumping house track, backed by stabbing synths, glassy chords and an on-point vocals.

The b-side ‘Time We Shared‘ is, dare we say it, a little deeper but still manages to pack stiff punch as the duo blend chopped and r’n’b vocals over a rattling basslines – but it’s actually the protracted breakdown that really seals the deal.
