Blende’s stock has risen considerably over the last 12 months, as has Kitsune signee Pyramid, whose laser-fuelled productions have seen the Lyon-based producer becoming one of France’s hottest prospects.

So it’s going to be no surprise when we tell you Blende’s remix of Pyramid’s latest lead single ‘The Phoenix’, which is taken from the producer’s debut EP, is a hum-dinger.

The original is actually an interesting proposition and sees Pyramid experiment with some rap vocals, which Blende doesn’t shy away from creating a luminescent tapestry of gleaming synths and frisky guitar licks
