Milanese turbo funk group Reset have just released their latest EP via Mofo Hi-Fi records, while the a-side is a slice of quirky reggae tinged turbo funk with Jamaican ragga MC Daddy Freddy adding his own blend of annoying vocals – it was actually the b-side that caught our attention.

The b-side ‘Escape’ sees the group in a more exploratory mood taking their Turbofunk stylings on a cross-genre multi-tempo journey that takes in elements of Hip Hop, Acid, ItaloDisco and Jazz while not losing sight of its core anthemic synth hook.
