Posttod are a indie duo from land of SAAB, Volvo and meatballs: Sweden. We’ve never heard of them before but they’re the purveyors of some uniquely woozy indie music – it’s not a million miles away from Royksopp, but only if they’d caught a bad case of the dubstep influenza.

They marry a variety of styles along the way from lonesome dubstep to 80 synth pop – it’s a bit of a mixed bag – but as soon as we heard ‘Under The Moon’ it just clicked.

It’s just the perfect gentle tonic for a crappy Monday. Where the real test lies, is it any good on a Tuesday or dare I say it a friday? Only time will tell.

There’s no showing off, no grandstanding, just good solid music.
